Pallet Delivery
Large, heavy or bulk orders (including industrial coatings, resins and chemical materials) are delivered via pallet freight service.
- Estimated delivery time: 4–10 working days
- Tail lift service available upon request
- Delivery appointment may be required for business addresses
- Pricing calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Please ensure suitable access for pallet delivery at the delivery address.
Courier Delivery
For smaller parcel orders, we use trusted EU courier services.
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days
- Express options available at checkout (selected countries and products)
- All items are securely packaged to ensure safe transport of liquid and chemical products
- Tracking details provided once your order has been dispatched

Express & Scheduled Delivery
Where available, you may choose:
- Express Delivery (1–3 working days)
- Specific Day Delivery (selected regions only)
Options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and product selection.
Can I Collect My Order?
Yes. You may collect your order directly from our warehouse.
- At checkout, select "Warehouse Pickup".
- We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.
Collection is available during business hours only.
Remote & Extended Area Delivery
If your delivery address is located in a remote or hard-to-access region within the EU, additional shipping charges may apply.
Examples may include:
- Islands
- Mountain regions
- Low-access industrial zones
- Offshore territories

Important Notes
- Certain hazardous or regulated chemical products may require special shipping methods.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes.
